Digital Downloads: All sales of digital audio files, mantras, and meditative content are final. Once the download link has been sent or accessed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Print-on-Demand (POD) Items: Our physical products (such as acrylic plaques) are custom-made specifically for you once an order is placed. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or incorrect selection.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at [Your Email] within 14 days with photos of the product. We will evaluate the issue and send a replacement at no cost to you.
